Refund policy
FAULTY OR MIS-DESCRIBED ITEMS (STATUTORY RIGHTS)
If an item you purchase is faulty, damaged, not as described or not fit for purpose, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Within 30 days of purchase/receipt:
You may request a refund for a faulty item. The item must be returned to us for inspection.
After 30 days:
- We may offer a repair or replacement. If this is not possible or unsuccessful, a refund or partial refund may be issued depending on usage and wear.
- We reserve the right to assess the item before deciding whether a fault is due to:
- Manufacturing defects (eligible), or misuse, wear and tear, or improper care (not eligible).
- Statutory rights apply regardless of our goodwill policy.
ONLINE/DISTANCE ORDERS - STATUTORY 14 DAY CANCELLATION RIGHTS
If you purchase online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To use this right:
- You must inform us within 14 days.
- You must return the goods within a further 14 days.
- Items must be in unused, re-saleable condition with original tags and packaging.
- We will refund the item and standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of posting.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
CHANGE-OF-MIND RETURNS (GOODWILL POLICY - DISCRETIONARY)
For non-faulty items, the following applies:
- Online purchases:
- We offer a goodwill return period of 30 days, provided items are:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- In perfect, resaleable condition
We may refuse a return if the item shows:
- Signs of wear (including stretching, sweat marks, odour, chafing, stains)
- Damage caused after purchase
- Missing tags or packaging
INSTORE PURCHASES:
We offer exchanges or store credit only within 30 days for eligible items.
Refunds are not offered for change-of-mind in-store purchases.
Sale/Clearance items:
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
- Faulty sale items remain eligible under statutory rights.
HYGIENE, RUNNING APPAREL & UNDERLAYERS
For hygiene and product care reasons, we do not accept returns of the following unless faulty:
- Brief-style running shorts
- Baselayers
- Underwear
- Socks
- Items showing signs of wear or sweat
- Items returned with odours, deodorant, or skin products present
- Comfort-related issues (e.g., chafing, fit, personal preference) do not qualify as faults
ASSESSMENT OF RETURNED ITEMS
All returns are subject to inspection before approval.
We reserve the right to:
- Decline a return that does not meet policy requirements
- Offer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund (where appropriate)
- Make deductions for damage, missing packaging, or wear
- Reject items returned outside allowed timeframes
PROOF OF PURCHASE
A receipt, order confirmation, or other valid proof of purchase is required for all returns or exchanges.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless:
- The item is confirmed faulty, or we have made an error in fulfilment.
- We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.
STATUTORY RIGHTS
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
