Postage

We will aim to dispatch orders made before 12pm GMT on the same day (Monday to Friday) from our Spittalfields base.

For UK orders...

• All orders within mainland UK will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 hours tracked at a standard charge of £4.95
  

For larger parcels (over 2kg), items may be sent via an alternative courier.

As all delivery involves a third party, post times given are approximate not guaranteed.

Tracking

Once we have dispatched your order we will send you your tracking number via email. You can check the delivery status of your parcel by entering your order tracking number. This can be found by clicking 'My Orders' and clicking the selected order.
